Designed to align with the relaxed, low-key nature of Mill Valley. The concept was driven and inspired by the surrounding foliage and vibrant local community. It influenced the concept of an expansive coworking campus with a unique and community centric set of immersive amenities. The resulting vibe paid homage to the history of music in Mill Valley. Embracing it with hundreds of vintage records and nods to the Grateful Dead.
The concept design reflects the intimate and inviting atmosphere of one’s own home. The raw concrete, custom terrazzo, cold rolled stainless steel, and warm, white oak were crucial in making the design feel both luxurious and approachable.
